Terms of service.

By accessing or using Past Forward Pictures (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Content & licenses

Films on Past Forward Pictures are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Rental access is time-limited; purchase access is for the duration the title remains available on the Service. Subscription access is contingent on an active, paid-up subscription.

3. Payments & refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel any time through your account page; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for rentals, purchases, or any portion of a subscription term, including periods of non-use. Cancellation stops future charges only. 4. Acceptable use

You may not record, copy, redistribute, transmit publicly, or attempt to bypass the Service’s DRM or rate limits. Doing so terminates your access immediately and may expose you to legal action by us or by the relevant rights-holders.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you’ve violated these terms. You may close your account from the account page; doing so does not retroactively refund prior charges.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability and we disclaim warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
